To become a Suzuki teacher
Teachers undergo specialized training to teach the Suzuki Method.These are fully structured courses in instrumental teaching, pedagogy and philosophy. Applicants are chosen by audition and interview.
These part-time courses are provided at three levels: Primary, Intermediate and Advanced. Sunshine Piano School offers a full training course in piano as well as modules of Suzuki Philosophy and Parent Education for all other instruments ( violin, cello, flute, guitar, singing, harp)
Teacher Trainees have an access to ongoing mentoring, lesson observations, instrumental lesson, piano pedagogy and Suzuki philosophy.
